HERizon Leadership Network is a global, not-for-profit, volunteer-led community dedicated to supporting and empowering underrepresented women, to grow, lead, and thrive in drug discovery and the biomedical sciences.

At our core, we are a welcoming and supportive network where all can connect, share experiences, and feel a genuine sense of belonging. Whether you are  just starting out or already established in your career, HERizon is a space where your voice is valued and your journey matters.
 

We believe that inclusive leadership drives better science. When different perspectives are brought to the table, innovation becomes stronger and more meaningful. That’s why we focus on connecting aspiring scientists with experienced industry professionals and inspiring role models, creating opportunities to learn, grow, and support one another.
 

HERizon was born from the experiences of our co-founders, who have long been involved in mentoring and celebrating the achievements of others. Through this work, they saw first-hand that many women can benefit from stronger support networks, greater visibility, and more opportunities to connect.

 

HERizon was created to help fill that gap, with encouragement, community, and shared purpose at its heart.
